About Mrs. Bryan I was born in Colombia, South America and adopted at the age of thirteen by American parents. I lived in Connecticut until I was twenty when I moved to Illinois in order to take a course at Illinois Central College and complete my Bachelor's degree in Spanish. When I arrived in the United States I couldn't speak English, so, I understand what students go thru when learning a second language. . I currently
hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Union University in Jackson Tennessee
and a Bachelor in Secondary Education in Spanish from Bradley University. I have
been teaching here at Limestone High School for 8 years and I love it! I have
learned a lot about myself and about my students. I love teaching Spanish and
only hope to instill the love of a second language to all my students!
I have been married for almost twenty years to my husband, Shawn, Limestone
alumni and we have two girls. Selena, who is thirteen years old and will start eight grade this fall.
Olivia is eighteen and will be a freshman at UTM in Martin, TN.
